  • Old El Paso™ Stand ‘N Stuff™ Mini Taco Shells

Cheesy Chicken Filling

  • 1/2 BBQ chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Old El Paso™ Thick & Chunky Salsa or Taco sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander (to serve)

Crazy corn filling

  • 2 corn cobs, kernels only
  • 1 red capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Old El Paso™ Thick & Chunky Salsa or Taco sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced).
  2. Select your preferred filling and mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Place Taco Shells on tray and fill with filling of your choice.
  4. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
